HR Director


Responsible for HR strategy, staff policies, KPI systems, admin, training, succession planning and

Further develop strategic HR function for the fast growing organization in China.

To ensure HR service meets company strategy in China (globally)

People and organizational development: Develop, plan and execute on all HR areas, including build strong HR teams in Suzhou, China

Training/Succession plan: Prepare and seek best possible implementation of employee assessment, training and career planning (organizational development)

C&B: Ensure the Company C&B policy is appropriate for staff recruitment and retention. Recommend appropriate policies. Monitor and propose development of the polies on KPI, appraisal and award system.

Recruitment. Establish effective recruitment process for the company, including continuous improvement on employer branding.

Relations/networks. Maintenance of good relations with staff at all locations. Keep good relationship with relevant local government stakeholders.

Administration. As HRD, the head of Admin reports to you, and she is responsible for secretaries, reception, drivers, guards and cleaning personal. Provide efficient administration function.

Qualifications needed for the role

Master Degree or above

Ability to develop and execute strategy.

10+ years HR management experience from larger company/corporation.

Very fluent Mandarin and English language skills.

Positive, get-it-done attitude pro-active, ability to work on multiple tasks,

Good presentation and communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and thus able to engage and motivate people.
